Customer Satisfaction: this is the ispiring principle by which CGRD has implemented its quality system which conforms to UNI EN ISO 9001:2008. The company reconfirmed its certification in July 2011. A company certification according to ISO 9001 guarantees the customer service and a product that conforms to contractual terms established within the objectives of the certification. Products and services are periodically measured according to the expectations of the customer. This is used by CGRD to improve the relationship of the company with the customer base. In June 2013, CGRD was certified OHSAS 18001:2007, a certification of management systems concerning the safety and health of the workers, as provide by law, a tool for the management of security issues in the company and for the protection of employees’ health.
